How can I add or delete a payment card on Quixxi portal?

For managing your card, kindly follow the instructions below:

  1. Click on your Username (top right corner in the portal)
  2. Select Account option from the dropdown menu.
  3. Scrolling down you will find the Cards section where you can manage your all your cards

  • Adding a card: Click on Add Card to add your payment details. When adding the first card this will be automatically considered from the system the Default Card. The Default Card will be your active card, i.e. the one that will be charged according to the current subscription
  • Deleting a card: Click on Delete. Please note that you will not be able to delete a Default Card. If you want to delete the card that is already marked as default you will need to add a new one and make it the new Default Card. Once done you will be able to delete the old card
  • Editing a card: Click on Edit, make your modifications and click Update Card

How can I print/download the payment receipt?

For printing/downloading the payment receipt, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Click on your Username (top right corner in the portal)
  2. Select Billing option from the dropdown menu: you will get the list of payment history
  3. Click on View, to view the online receipt of interest
  4. Click on Print. If you need a pdf copy just change the destination printer from this same browser window and select the option mentioning the pdf [e.g. “Save as PDF” on Chrome]

Is Quixxi billing at the beginning or at the end of the subscription period?

Payment for all Quixxi subscriptions is upfront. Once done, you can enjoy using all subscription features till the plan expires

How can I stop my auto renewal for monthly plans?

  • All Quixxi monthly plans are auto-renewal plans. In order to stop your auto-renewal you need to contact our support via email or through the Quixxi portal Live Chat (bottom right corner)
  • All Quixxi yearly plans are one-time plans. Auto-renewal will NOT be applied on these plans
